Ayurveda Massage

The basis of Ayurveda Massage is to nurture the largest organ in the body; the skin. It plays a huge role in absorbing and excreting what we do to our bodies. Therefore it aids in protecting our outer Beauty AND inner Machine!

I had the honor of attending an Ayurveda Massage School in Mumbai, India, called Kairali Ayurveda Centre. I had a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing! We even had a Bollywood party on my last day to celebrate!

There are several massage techniques in Ayurveda. I was trained in 5. They are ideally performed on a very long, wooden table called a Dhroni. You can click into their link to see the images of the various treatments. Until I get some pictures done.
